SukukFi connects stablecoin capital to real telecom invoice cycles. The team behind it has operated in wholesale telecom trade finance for over a decade, settling billions in carrier-to-carrier transactions before writing a single line of smart contract code.
The founding team ran wholesale telecom billing infrastructure that settled $3.2B in carrier transactions and onboarded 110 telecom companies through KYC and AML. SukukFi puts that operational track record on-chain.
SukukFi operates through a group structure. The holding company owns two operating subsidiaries: one for protocol development, one for commercial operations and compliance.

SukukFi Ltd holds every counterparty relationship and serves legal notice of receivable assignment before capital deploys. SukukFi Labs enforces vault rules on Berachain. The two entities divide the work so neither legal nor technical controls depend on the other.
Before capital moves, SukukFi Ltd sends the counterparty a legal notice assigning all monies it owes the supplier to SukukFi. The counterparty pays a ring-fenced IBAN at Fuze Finance, not the supplier. This removes the supplier from the payment chain the moment deployment begins.
SukukFi Labs deploys the vault contract with hard-coded capacity, lockup, and profit distribution. The contract blocks deposits above capacity and holds LP capital until the lockup expires. Profit distributes programmatically when invoices settle, with no manual release step.
SukukFi Holdings owns the group's intellectual property, brand rights, and equity stakes in both operating subsidiaries. Delaware's Court of Chancery and its investor-grade corporate statute make it the standard jurisdiction for equity capital formation. Institutional investors and future equity rounds come in at this level, with clear legal precedent governing shareholder rights and board authority.
SukukFi runs a public MCP server. Connect it and your assistant reads live vault data and our documentation directly, instead of guessing from a stale training snapshot. Read-only, public data, no API key.
